The Agency
The Agency is comprised of five departments, Administration, Backgrounds, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Surveillance. The day-to-day regulatory and administrative functions of the Commission are delegated to the Agency, to be overseen by the Executive Director.
Administration
The Administration Department assists the agency departments with record keeping, information technology maintenance, and other internal processes.
Backgrounds
The Backgrounds Department is responsible for conducting a background investigation on each applicant for a license in accordance with tribal, federal, and applicable state law.
Compliance
The Compliance Department, in conjunction with the Surveillance Department, ensures that investigations of alleged gaming violations are conducted in accordance with tribal, federal, and applicable state laws.
Internal Audit
The Internal Audit Department is responsible for ensuring necessary audits of the gaming operation are conducted in accordance with tribal, federal, and applicable state law.
Surveillance
The Surveillance Department provides surveillance services to the Gaming Facility and assist the other Agency departments, as necessary, with investigations and to ensure compliance with tribal, federal, and applicable state law.
